• The company and contact details you provide for your partner application and account
• The orders you place through the Order Desk
• The email address you leave for the newsletter
• Information generated automatically when you visit the websites: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited

2. Payment information

Payments are received by bank transfer (havale / EFT) or credit card. Card details are not collected or stored on our websites; card payments are processed only by a licensed payment institution.

3. Use of information

We use the information we collect to evaluate your application, carry out your orders, communicate with you, and keep the websites secure and improve them. We do not sell your information.

4. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a website. The cookies and measurement methods used on our websites:

• Strictly necessary cookies: keep your session open and make the Order Desk and the "Remember me" option work. These cookies do not require consent.
• Measurement: we measure the number of visits and the pages visited with our own system; this information is not used for advertising.
• Advertising and marketing cookies (Meta, Google): not currently used.

If third-party measurement or advertising cookies start to be used, your consent will be requested on your first visit to the website; if you do not give your consent, these cookies will not run. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, login and ordering may not work.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorised access. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
