This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about your personal data processed in connection with the rugatchi.com and b2b.rugatchi.com websites and our business relationship.

1. Personal data processed

• Identity: first and last name of the authorised person
• Contact: email address, phone number, country, city, company address
• Customer transaction: company name, tax office and tax number, order, invoice and delivery details, correspondence
• Transaction security: account login details, login records, IP address
• Website use: browser and device type, pages visited
• Marketing: the email address you leave for the newsletter (only if you give your consent)

2. Purposes of processing

• To evaluate your partner application and open your account
• To receive, invoice and deliver your orders
• To communicate with you about prices, stock and orders
• To fulfil our accounting, tax and commercial record-keeping obligations
• To keep the websites secure and measure their use
• To send you new-season and campaign information, if you give your consent

3. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK:

• (c) Establishment or performance of a contract: application, account, order and delivery
• (ç) Fulfilment of a legal obligation: invoices, tax and commercial records
• (e) Establishment, exercise or protection of a right: potential disputes
• (f) Legitimate interest: website security, usage measurement and conduct of the commercial relationship

Newsletter and campaign messages are sent only on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Method of collection

Your data is collected through the application, login, order and newsletter forms on the websites, through email, phone and WhatsApp correspondence, and by automated means while you visit the websites.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties, only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary:

• Cargo and logistics companies (for delivery)
• Financial advisers and the persons who provide us with accounting and audit services
• Banks and payment institutions (for payment)
• Companies that provide us with software, hosting, backup and email delivery services
• Public institutions and organisations authorised by law

The servers of the companies that provide us with backup and hosting services may be located abroad.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about it if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that the correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for any damage you suffer due to unlawful processing

You may send your application in writing to the address above, or by email to info@rugatchi.com from the email address registered in our system. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
